Delivery and Returns Policy - Computer Stationery Printers Ltd. T/A Printcom
Standard Delivery is €5.00 all orders for the island of Ireland and the United Kingdom. Orders are usually delivered within 4 working days by our chosen carrier for the island of Ireland however UK deliveries may take longer.
European Standard and ‘The rest of the World’ delivery charge is €6.50. Overseas orders are usually delivered within 10 working days.
Customers outside of the Republic of Ireland may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance these must be paid for by you.

Working day refers to Monday to Friday and excludes Sunday and Bank Holidays
Although every care is taken to ensure the quality of our products if in the unlikely event that you find your products arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, please return the unopened products to the returns address below and contact our Customer Care team:

For damaged items - if we request the item to be returned we will cover the postage up to a maximum of €5.00 in the island of Ireland and the UK and €6.50 if from the ‘rest of the world’
A refund may be issued if the products are returned within 30 days of the dispatch date to the returns address below and you contact our Customer Care team.

Missing Parcels or Products
If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact our Customer Care team; 00353 (0)1 848 3422 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
Cancellations and Refunds
Your order may be cancelled at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. We will require an email (email@example.com) stating your order number and the reason for the cancellation. If the Goods have already been dispatched then you must return the products to us at your own expense. The products should be in a reasonable condition when returned. You cannot cancel your order if you have opened the product packaging or the products have been used. Your statutory rights will remain unaffected.
